NJILE has been able to foresee potential risks thatcan arise in business corporations protecting their entities through preventive measures andlegal guidance.

With her international experience big scary commercial contracts hold no fear for her, and shedeals with clients from all around the world including China, Germany, Austria, U.K, Egypt andAfrica in general, and she has advised and continue to advise several international Clients andEmbassies on several pressing issues. She has advised several Governments on pressing issuesin Tanzania and continues to do the same currently

NJILE has also participated and experienced in sharing her legal expertise to the World BankGroup and OECD Development over the years up to date.

NJILE is a Certified Negotiator from Harvard Business School and also a Certified Graduate Consultant from the Tanzania Instituteof Management Consultants.

Currently she serves as a Board member of Tanzania Chamber of Commerce Industry and Agriculture (TCCIA) and the Vice President Of Young Women Entepreneurs.

NJILE is passionate about charity works and she has been a member of The United NationsOnline Volunteers for Ten (10) Years and is currently the Club President and Board Member of the Rotary Club of Dar Es Salaam city.
