He has assisted various companies, i.e. financial institutions andConstruction Companies, in dealing with Labour and Employment relation matters,Contractual disputes, including disputes emanating from the interpretation ofcontract clauses, the performance of contracts etc. During his daily litigation duties,in advising the clients and handling the Client disputes, Frank always put forward the Client’s interest by adopting a Client-centered approach to ensure the Client’sbusiness is not affected by the litigation process.

FRANK enjoys assisting clients in resolving disputes through Negotiations, Mediationor Arbitration. He has assisted various companies in prosecuting their commercial casesat the Commercial Division of the High Court of Tanzania and labour cases at the Commissionfor Mediation and Arbitration and the Labour Division of the High Court.
