Ms. Kannonyele holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree [LL.B Hons.] from Mzumbe University – Mbeya Campus and a Post-graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (PDLP) from the Law School of Tanzania. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Courts subordinate thereto with over four years corporate and litigation experience.

Handles a range of matters on conduct of legal research and preparation of several Legal Opinions for corporate clients with emphasis on Corporate Law, Company Law, Labour Law, Land Law and Banking & Financial Law. She has proven successful in troubleshooting and networking through dealing with various local registries in Tanzania, including Courts, Companies Registry, Non-Governmental Information System, lands department, tax and various other government departments, etc.

Has experience in recoveries, due diligence, reporting for corporate and bank recoveries, corporate matters including online company registration of various Companies and maintaining company registers, Business Licensing and compliance and facilitating the registration and renewal of Trademarks.

Currently handling secretarial and real estate transactions for various individuals, companies and their subsidiaries.
